TLALOCAN is a website city where it can't stop raining. Thats right, the tagline wasn't lying, it's constantly raining! This makes Tlalocan very unique in terms of city layout, with massive drains on every corner, and upper and lower road systems, and much much more. With it constantly being... soggy, Tlalocan focuses more on physical pieces than anything to do with technology, since its easier (and cheaper!) to waterproof a piece of art than a TV. Hence why its so well known for comics, art, and writing.
LEXX TERRY BLE, the founder of Tlalocan, choose this place because... well he's a madman, but also because he had always dreamed of living in a cloudy area without the sun getting in his eyes and heating everything up. He named it Tlalocan after the afterlife paradise of the Mexica (Aztec) god Tlaloc, who controlled the rains and lightning. Other than that, he's the city's current... governer? mayor? MP? We're not sure, but he's a great one.
